We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, ensuring our focus remains on providing the best local service.
2. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no hidden fees at checkout.
3. PROCESSING And DELIVERY TIMES
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major federal holidays.
- Transit Time: Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 business days from the date your order is placed.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION And ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking number will become active and updated within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS And ORDER CHANGES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. VitalPulse RECOVERY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@vitalpulserecovery.com, though we cannot guarantee modifications after an order has begun processing.
